Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a course registration at any time. However, you will be required to pay a penalty fee if the course has already started. Whether you have concluded your contract in person, by phone or online, the same rules apply.
Cancelling before the course begins
If you cancel your registration before a course starts, the merchant cannot claim fees or compensation.
Cancelling after the course has begun
If the course has started, you will be required to pay the following amounts:
- the cost of classes already taken; and
- a penalty provided for by the law. This penalty corresponds to 10% of the cost of the classes that have not been taken.
